BANYUWANGI, KOMPAS.com – Uploaded a number of photos showing an Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI) sick women in Malaysia, viral on social media (social media).

Secretary of the DPW Indonesian Migrant Workers Union (SBMI) East Java, Agung Subastian confirmed the news.

“In that photo, Asih's mother is in poor condition because she has had a stroke and cannot speak at all,” he said to Kompas.com, Saturday (2/3/2024).

Agung said, His party received this news from several PMI organizational networks in Malaysia.

“I received photos and WA messages on Friday 1 March 2024 yesterday afternoon. He said there were Banyuwangi residents who had been neglected because of cancer and stroke and were unconscious,” he said.

Update on the victim's position

Meanwhile for the victim's position, currently in Kuala Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The person concerned is being cared for by fellow PMI.
