REF (25), The perpetrator of the assault on a karaoke guide has been arrested by the police, Sunday (10/03)
Banyuwangihits.id – The Songgon Police Criminal Investigation Unit succeeded in apprehending a man with the initials GYF (25), perpetrator of abuse and molestation of a woman, Sunday (10/03/24). Songgon Police Chief AKP Maskur said, REF (25) is a resident of Gumirih Village, Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency.
"Whereas, the victim had the initials SN, 20 year, having his address in Blimbingsari District, Banyuwangi Regency,"continued AKP Maskur.
Songgon Police Chief explained, The chronology starts on Tuesday (05/03/24) around 19.00 WIB, the victim was a karaoke guide at the Ashika Rogojampi karaoke place, Banyuwangi received a message from the perpetrator via the MiChat application. In the message, The perpetrator invited the victim to meet. After agreeing to meet, The perpetrator asked for the victim's WhatsApp number to continue communication.
around 22.30 WIB, The perpetrator picked up the victim at the gate of Ashika's karaoke place using a Yamaha Nmax motorbike with the number P 6540 XF. After that, The perpetrator invited the victim to take the money first.
However, until around o'clock 23.00 WIB, The victim was taken by the perpetrator to the Tegalwudi Hamlet area, Bedewang Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency. From there, The victim started to get suspicious.
