"Because every day you have to be chased by loan bills, teachers will not be able to work optimally. So with this education, we want them to be able to use their income for the things they need, instead of the things you want,he said.

Besides that, Ipuk also advised first aid workers not to live a hedonistic lifestyle. Too much luxurious life to show off on social media.

"Are there any teachers here whose SKs have been 'schooled'? (used as loan collateral, Red)? Actually, it's okay to go to school, as long as it's for productive things. Don't do consumer things,” continued Ipuk.

Judol can also make the perpetrators deal with the law. "We hope that your first aid contract, ladies and gentlemen, can be extended thanks to the good performance of all ladies and gentlemen. Do not let, This contract was terminated due to trivial matters," he continued.

Head of the Education Office (Dispendik) Suratno added, around 3 thousand of 5 thousands of non-PNS teachers in Banyuwangi have been appointed as P3K. Financial literacy education is provided so that teachers can be wise in managing their respective income and expenses.
