TIMES BANYUANGI, BANYUWANGI – The second night of the People's Market & Banyuwangi Santri Festival, in Blambangan Park, Banyuwangi, East Java, going lively. The committee presented the appearance of veteran singers and songwriters from Banyuwangi, Catur Arum.
Catur Arum akan berduet bareng Yons’ DD sehingga ini menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi para pecinta lagu Banyuwangi dan dangdut era lawas. This is because Catur Arum is part of the history of the journey of popular Banyuwangian songs.
Asked for his opinion, Cak Sodiq New Monata said that Catur Arum was a great songwriter and singer that Kota Gandrung had once owned.
"Day (Catur Arum) that legend, a great person, his position is like Rhoma Irama on the Indonesian dangdut music map,” ujar Cak Sodiq.
